Liberty School District is looking for individuals who may be interested in becoming a school bus driver! We will have training available this summer with hopes of filling vacant route positions for the 2021-2022 school year. Please note the attached announcement and feel free to call if you have any questions.
Please remember the required COVID safety protocol MUST still be followed. This includes masks worn by everyone while inside and must be worn outside when within 6 feet of others. Wash hands/sanitize regularly and stay home away from others if experiencing any symptoms of an illness.
For all students, staff and visitors, it is extremely important that all students are checked daily for any symptoms before coming to school. Please have your student stay home if they have one or more symptoms or if they may have been exposed to a person who has tested positive for COVID. Our hope is to limit the number of cases among our students and the community so that we can have all students learning at school and be able to keep our in-person learning in a safe environment. Any school closure or increase in COVID positive rates would have the potential of postponing more events such as graduation.

Substitute Bus Drivers Needed
Liberty needs substitute bus drivers! If you’ve ever considered learning to drive a bus (or putting your existing CDL to use), now is a great time to act. All training is provided by the district, and any expenses incurred during the licensing process will be reimbursed on a set schedule once you begin to work at Liberty. This is a great opportunity for stay-at-home parents, grandparents, or part-time workers with morning and/or afternoon availability. Application materials are available HERE. Contact Rick Brash, transportation supervisor, at 245-3217 if you have any questions.
