Athletic Paperwork (required for participation in Junior High and High School athletics)
We have partnered with FamilyID.com for our athletic registrations. FamilyID takes the place of our former "paper and pencil" method of completing activity clearances. The website allows you to input your student's data as well as upload physical forms, which makes managing the required elements of clearance much more efficient and accurate. In FamilyID you will be able to create a personal login and from there you can input all the necessary data for your child to safely participate in school-related activities.
Moving forward, all athletic and activity registrations will be managed through FamilyID.com. Please click the link below, create your unique account, and follow the prompts.
