• To our Lancer Families, Students and Friends:

First and foremost I want to express how honored I am to be serving as the new superintendent for Liberty schools.  Liberty is a special place I hold near and dear to my heart, having walked these halls as a student myself over 28 years ago.   The commitment of our families and community is what makes Liberty a place I am proud to be a part of.  I am excited to get this year underway and get students back in our buildings.  A priority this  year is to make sure that all students feel welcomed, honored and valued.  It is important that every student  has a strong sense of belonging and they enjoy coming to school everyday.  We must maximize every opportunity with our students, as our time is limited.

As I begin my time at Liberty, I will be entering my 24th year in education.  I have been fortunate to serve as a teacher, coach, athletic director,  principal and now superintendent.  My wife Sherri and I are excited to be joining the Lancer family once again and cannot wait for our kids to wear red and black this fall.  Our son Jake will be a Junior, our daughter Jordyn an 8th grader, and our youngest Jayde will enter the 3rd grade.

As we navigate through this school year, I am so thankful to be surrounded by such great people who are supportive and passionate about our students!  I look forward to seeing everyone in our schools and at our student events throughout the year.

    Respectfully,

    Jerrad Jeske
